Contractual Activities Unit
The Contractual Activities Unit of the National Planning Institute was established as a special unit with full technical, financial, and administrative independence. It was created in accordance with Presidential Decree by Law No. 13 of 2015 concerning the National Planning Institute, its Executive Regulations issued by Prime Ministerial Decree No. 3248 of 2016, and the Institute President’s Decree No. 204 of 2018.
Vision of the Unit
To become a leading and distinguished center in providing high-quality contractual studies and consultancy services, effectively supporting decision-makers and public policy formulation on sound, evidence-based scientific foundations, and strengthening partnerships with national, regional, and international institutions in support of sustainable development goals.
Functions of the Unit
The Unit aims to support the Institute in fulfilling its mission in the field of planning and development through:
- Designing and implementing specialized professional and training programs within the scope and objectives of the Institute’s activities.
- Providing specialized scientific consultancy services to the Institute and external entities.
- Conducting purposeful scientific research in the Institute’s areas of work.
- Exchanging expertise with counterpart institutions at the national and international levels through organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences.
