Entitled: Egyptian Country Climate and Development Report
The report represents one of a group of reports launched by the World Bank on climate and development. The report on climate and development in Egypt was launched during the proceedings of the Climate Conference Cop 27 on November 6, 2022. The report reviews the current situation of development and the challenges that Egypt faces as a result of climate change. The report provides a study of its analysis and puts forward many recommendations that help Egypt achieve its development goals and sheds light on a set of priority measures to face the current challenges. The report identifies the best procedures, policies and investment opportunities that can help the development process during the next five years while limiting the effects of climate change and preserving the sustainability of natural resources.
